Joining Techcake takes five steps: reserve a seat on the WhatsApp form, take a free 15-minute counsellor call, have a short admission conversation with a senior team member, pay the registration deposit, and complete onboarding. There is no entrance exam. Fees and EMI options are shared on the counsellor call, and the refund terms are published on this site.
There are five steps and none of them is a test. Here is what happens at each one.
Fill in the short WhatsApp form at whatsform.com/jsoaxf and mention the programme you are interested in. Nothing is paid at this step.
A career counsellor calls you back. The call covers what you want from the programme, which programme fits your current level, the mode (Online Live, Hybrid or Offline) and the fee and EMI options. You can ask anything. If a different programme suits you better, the counsellor will say so.
A senior team member speaks with you for a few minutes. This is not an exam and there is no test to pass. It is a conversation to confirm that the prerequisites for your chosen programme are in place and that the expectations on both sides are clear. For the Cybersecurity project-based training, which has the most specific prerequisites, this is where those are checked.
Once both sides are happy, you pay the registration deposit and your seat is locked for the batch. The deposit amount and the balance schedule are confirmed on the call. Refunds of the deposit follow the published refund policy.
You receive the batch dates, the class timetable, your mode confirmation and access to the student portal at online.techcake.in. Campus students are told where to report at SM Tower, Taliparamba, on the first day.
The next Career Program batch date is shown at the top of every page; other programmes run intakes through the year, ask on the call.
Every programme has a starting point. If you are unsure which applies to you, the counsellor call is the place to settle it.

College students joining through a department tie-up should read the college project-based training page first; eligibility there is agreed with the college.

You do not need any document to book the counsellor call.
EMI is available on the standard plan. Techcake handles the instalment schedule directly, so there is no external loan paperwork, no bank application and no third-party lender. Amounts, number of instalments and due dates are shared on the counsellor call. Techcake is not pay-after-placement and does not guarantee a job.
