These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Techcake website and your participation in any programme offered by Techcake Cloud Innovations LLP ("Techcake", "we", "our"). By using this website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these Terms. The document is a working draft and will be finalised with legal counsel.
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about Techcake's programmes, contact us, and apply. You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with site operation, scraping at scale, or impersonating another person.

Programme fees are disclosed to applicants on the counsellor call. Fees are payable on the schedule confirmed at enrolment. EMI options, where offered, are subject to the EMI terms shared at that time. The refund policy for each programme is set out in the separate Refund Policy document.
Internship phases of the Career Program and the standalone internships are directed by named industry partners, experienced working engineers. Techcake remains the contracting party with each student; the partner directs the project work under arrangements between Techcake and the partner.
All curriculum, course materials, project briefs, brand elements, and website content are the intellectual property of Techcake or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Work produced by students during programmes is governed by separate arrangements communicated at enrolment.
Techcake provides career support, resume reviews, mock interviews, and referrals, but does not guarantee employment. Final hiring decisions are made by employers. Any communication to the contrary is unauthorised.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techcake's liability to any person in connection with the website or a programme is limited to the fees paid by that person for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or participation in a programme after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
