Techcake runs six programmes from its campus in Taliparamba, Kannur: a 10-month DevOps Engineer Career Program, a 4-month DevOps Engineer course, a 3-month Linux System Administration course, and three project-based trainings in DevOps, Cybersecurity and Full Stack. This page summarises each one with duration, mode and who it is for, and links to the two PDF brochures. Fees and EMI options are shared on a free counsellor call.
The Career Program is Techcake's flagship: 10 months from beginner to a six-project portfolio. Phase 1 is four months of training, the same syllabus as the DevOps Engineer course. Phase 2 is six months of project-based training on campus, building six production projects in sequence: Linux infrastructure, a Dockerised application stack, a CI/CD pipeline, an AWS migration, a Kubernetes deployment on EKS, and Infrastructure as Code with observability.
A four-month, roughly sixteen-week course in four modules: Linux and Networking Foundations; Containers with Docker; CI/CD and Automation with Git, Jenkins and GitHub Actions; and AWS Cloud with Infrastructure as Code covering EC2, VPC, ALB, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch and Terraform. It is the same content as Phase 1 of the Career Program, taken on its own.
A three-month course that follows the RHCSA syllabus: command line, file system, users and permissions, storage and LVM, networking, SSH, systemd, security and shell scripting. It is not Red Hat exam preparation and Techcake does not coordinate exams. An RHCE track is not currently offered.
Six months of mentored work on Techcake premises across six tracks: production Linux and networking, containers and orchestration, CI/CD, AWS cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, and observability. Every deliverable is reviewed by a mentor. If you are searching for a DevOps internship in Kannur, this is what we offer instead: structured, mentored production work rather than an unpaid seat.
Four months in four monthly sessions: Linux and Cybersecurity Foundations (Kali, OverTheWire Bandit, TryHackMe); Web and API Penetration Testing (auth flaws, IDOR, SQLi, XSS, file upload, Burp Suite, JWT, rate limiting); Wireless, Hardware and Recon (Wi-Fi testing, OTA and HID demos, Digispark, subdomain enumeration, OSINT, bug bounty methodology); and Real-Time Projects and Security Reporting with Python and Bash automation.
Six months on Python and Django: Python and web foundations, Django development with mini projects, advanced Django, APIs with Django REST Framework, a guided project in month five, and your own mentor-guided project in month six. The WordPress track formerly offered is no longer run.
